THE UPGRADE MENU IN THE RESTAURANTS WINE & CRAB

Crabs and wine are the perfect match no matter what time of year, day of the week or hour it is. But this can't be said about seasonal positions so with all our love for fresh vegetables, young cheese and berries it's time to update the menu of "Crabs".

This update for example includes 14 items at once: four appetizers, two soups, five hot dishes and three desserts. The latter by the way we recommend not to neglect even if you "can't eat more" - they are as miracle is so good.

The new menu is based on familiar seasonal products: pumpkin, persimmon, mushrooms,chestnuts, and others. A separate item is worth noting the black truffle while it is available. It is present in two dishes (beef tenderloin tartare and veal cheeks) and at your request a little modest luxury in the form of grated truffle will be added to any position (one gram — 150 rubles).

So the seasonal Wine & Crab menu is:

Snacks: crab cake with pumpkin and oranges (720 p), tomato soup with crab and seafood (560 p);

Wine snacks: pumpkin soup with wild mushrooms and strachatella cheese (430 p); 18-month-old ham with tomato bread (850 p per 100 g), beef tenderloin tartare with cheese rolls and black truffle (750 p), eel with baked eggplant, Apple and crispy soy sauce (750 p);

Hot: octopus with avocado cream, baked sweet potatoes and pickled peppers (1490 p); vongole with lime, tarragon and crispy vegetables (980 p), lightly smoked halibut with asparagus and wild mushrooms (1200 p), veal cheeks with celery root, Apple and black truffle sauce (890 p), baked lamb neck with corn and mushrooms (980 p);

Desserts: persimmon / chestnut / cardamom (450 p), mango / passion fruit / corn (450 p), strawberry rolls with caramel mousse (590 p).
