Ivan and Sergey Berezutsky selected excellent gastronomic accompaniment for the wines. First of all these are dishes from the main product: Kamchatka crab soup and stuffed Kamchatka crab phalanges with mushrooms and kimchi sauce. Seasonal oysters and pickled prawns were also served with the wine.
